What are your drop-off and pick-up times?

Our daycare drop-off time is between 7:30 and 8:30 am and pick-up is no later than 4:30 pm.

Our boarding drop-off time is between 8 and 9 am and pick-up is either between 8 and 9 am OR between 3 and 4:30 pm

What should I bring?

A bag with your dog’s name on it
A collar and leash
Items such as a harness, head halter, rain coat and treats
A towel — you dog will get a hot shower before pick-up should it get dirty
Pet food with directions (if required)

 Do you have a cancellation policy?

For daycare, we schedule monthly bookings. You can switch days within same calendar month. No same day credits. 

For boarding, we require 30 days notice of cancellation for a full refund and two weeks notice for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received under less than 2 weeks.

How much time do the dogs spend outside?

Your dog will have 8 hours of play in open-air, fully-fenced fields. Our boarding guests also get an additional one-hour evening playtime.

Are the dogs always supervised?

Your dog will be under full supervision at all times by professional trainers and handlers. There is 24-hour onsite care and late night potty and night checks for our boarding guests.

What about smaller dogs?

We have organized play groups where large dogs are in one field and small to medium dogs in a separate field.

Does my dog need any vaccinations to stay at Hidden Acres?

Kennel cough vaccine is mandatory and flea treatment as needed.
